The main entrance pic hello guys... here i am again today.. in front of my pc.. browsing my blog.. got really tired today after going to training at TM multimedia college. Today's training was about the ICARE prime.. new system for reporting.. for TM... will be launch 13 march.. as for me one of the csr for TM..i need to use this system for reporting.. new system was nice..with a helpful Gui and more user friendly.. haha.. even though today is a lil bit tired but it was nice since i don't have to answer call :).. and the best part was, we got to eat free breakfast,lunch,hi-tea and diner..

for training at TM multimedia college, they have this sytem for block name.. they have block A-Z i think.. for my training i was in block R.. and my room number is 113A.. so the address for the training would be like this R113A... block R, room 113, side A.. they have side A and B.. side A for right and side B for the left...huhuhu.. this one was discovered after going trough around the college for a few times and finally it was informed by one of the staff there...
