hello guys.. what an incredible experience i got today. Today is the 1st day as a Customer Service Representative bcoz today i officially handling+answering call from customer.I manage to answer 20 call today and i think most of them are FATAL.. aha.. maybe i'm giving out wrong information or the process was incomplete but i thankful that the floor support/trainer were around to help us in handling difficul customers as well as handling various type of issues. Well, at semua house some of the system used was down and it's really crucial in solving customer's problem and most of them (DSL Stable), i personally having difficult time in solving their cases because of this system unavailability. Thank god i manage to survive today's challenge and able to give my full committment in solving the customer;s case.Okay la... i guess that all for today.. really great experience i got today... hopefully tomorow would be better as my working time is (11.30am-9pm). huhu.. bye guys
Below are some of common things that all streamyx user should noe..
DSL Light blinking/Off - no synchronization with TM Server/probably because of line
DSL light Stable - Synchronization from modem to TM server. IF still can't connect to internet. Probably because of CPE(customer Premise Equipment)
