Training at TM multimedia college

Today's training was about the ICARE prime.. new system for reporting.. for TM... will be launch 13 march.. as for me one of the csr for TM..i need to use this system for reporting.. new system was nice..with a helpful Gui and more user friendly.. haha.. even though today is a lil bit tired but it was nice since i don't have to answer call :).. and the best part was, we got to eat free...

hello guys.. what an incredible experience i got today. Today is the 1st day as a Customer Service Representative bcoz today i officially handling+answering call from customer.I manage to answer 20 call today and i think most of them are FATAL.. aha.. maybe i'm giving out wrong information or the process was incomplete but i thankful that the floor support/trainer were around to help us in handling difficul customers as well as handling various type of issues.
